The TYDC winding series handles it. Circle pattern, figure-eight pattern — both available. Speed and turn count set from the digital panel. Forward and reverse rotation both work.

Two models. TYDC-120 for smaller diameter work, TYDC-750 for larger. Both run on 220V, both adjustable from 0 to 99 winding speed.

Works on data cables, security cables, power cables. Consistent coils every run without someone standing there counting turns.

Turn count stops automatically when it hits the number you have set. No short coils, no over-wound rolls. Good for wire harness lines where coiling is the last step before packaging. Works after wire cutting stripping stations too.
