TYDC-60 Pneumatic Wire Twisting Machine: Clean Twisted Ends, Quiet Operation

Most benchtop twisting machines are either too loud, too slow, or too much for a new operator to figure out on their own.

The TYDC-60 series isn't like that.

Pneumatic-electric hybrid on the 60A. Pure electric on the 60B and 60C. All three do 5 to 60mm twisting length, work on 0.1 to 2mm² wire. Quiet enough you forget it's running.

Ends come out clean every time. No loose strands. New operators pick it up without much hand-holding.

Three models. Different wire sizes, different setups. Drops into an existing wire harness line without moving anything around.

Twist length is set once and holds. No checking between pieces. Good for lines running high daily volume where stopping to adjust costs time. Works well after wire cutting stripping — wire comes out stripped and goes straight into twisting without extra handling. Also fits before terminal crimping stations where twisted pairs need to be ready before crimping starts.
