TYDC-009 Double-Head Terminal Crimping Housing Machine

The TYDC-009 model is a fully automatic, dual-head wire harness processing machine. It operates on AC220V and offers partial or full stripping lengths; custom specifications are available. It can process wires from AWG 28# to AWG 18#. This equipment is basically designed for processing double-ended wires, meaning one machine can complete two different processes without requiring additional manual operation, significantly reducing time and production costs for our customers.

To ensure smooth operation and reduce the likelihood of malfunctions, we have incorporated servo motors and optional CCD detection into the machine. Specialized production requirements can also be addressed by adding these features.

Both ends processed in one run means no wire gets passed between stations or handled twice. That alone cuts down mistakes and saves floor space. Works well alongside wire cutting stripping equipment already on the line. For lines that also run terminal crimping after, wire comes out ready for the next step without extra prep.
