TYDC-B-B601 Double-Head Auto Shell Insertion Machine

This equipment is built for automotive wire harness production. It has two heads for automatic shell insertion, so two processes run in one machine — saving time and cost.

One of our customers needed faster harness production. We added a Wire Harness Taping Machine to their existing setup. Production speed and quality both improved.

The machine uses Inovance servo motor and control system for stable, reliable operation. Two heads running at the same time means output is roughly double compared to single head machines. No extra operator needed for the second head — same person runs both.

Shell insertion is fully automatic on both heads. Feed, insert, done. If one head finishes before the other the machine keeps running without stopping. Good for lines where downtime between cycles adds up over a shift.

Works alongside wire cutting stripping and terminal crimping stations already on your floor without major changes to the layout.
