TYDC-K-A601: Streamlining Single-End Wire Harness Assembly

The TYDC-K-A601 does single-end wire harness assembly in one machine.

One end gets crimped and inserted into the connector housing. The other end gets stripped and tin-plated. Both happen automatically, no manual handling between steps.

The machine has a vibratory feeder for bulk rubber housings. That means operators load housings in bulk and walk away — no hand-feeding one by one. Saves time and removes a common bottleneck on smaller lines.

Interface is simple. Good for small and medium workshops that do not have dedicated machine operators. Also runs fine for continuous mass production without constant adjustments. We have customers running this on single shift and double shift both without issues.

Works for automotive wiring, home appliance wiring, and control cables. Fits well into lines that already have wire cutting stripping and terminal crimping running upstream.
