TYDC Launches TYDC-7701CD Fully Automatic Double-Head Crimping & Heat-Shrink Machine

The TYDC-7701CD handles five steps in one run — cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, heat-shrink tube insertion, and baking. No moving wires between stations.

Most machines stop at crimping. This one keeps going. The heat-shrink tube goes on and gets baked in the same workflow. That matters for EV battery cables and high-voltage harnesses where insulation protection is not optional.

Drive system is servo plus stepper hybrid. That combination keeps crimping force consistent and noise low during long production runs. Touchscreen for parameter adjustments — nothing complicated.

Built for EV battery and charging harness lines, automotive high-voltage production, industrial power cables, and thick cable processing that needs insulation protection built in. Good fit for new energy high voltage cable lines where multiple processing steps on the same wire are common.
