The TYDC-240 is a servo hexagonal crimping machine for large terminals and heavy cables. No dies, no molds needed.
Most high-current crimping requires specific tooling for each terminal size. The TYDC-240 skips that. The servo system adjusts crimping force and position directly, so changeover is fast and tooling costs go down.
Control is through a PLC interface. Operators can adjust crimping size and position without stopping the line for long. The crimping head has clear visibility for alignment, which helps during setup. Works well alongside existing terminal crimping stations on your line.
