TYDC Launches TYDC-8801F Double-Head Crimping Machine with Waterproof Plug Insertion

The TYDC-8801F is a double-head terminal crimping machine for waterproof wire harness lines.

It does two jobs — terminal crimping on both ends, plus waterproof plug insertion on one end. One machine handles both. Less moving parts between stations, less handling time.

We have been running this in our test facility and it holds the speed consistently across long production runs.

Speed is up to 2800 pcs/hour. Servo motors for positioning, touchscreen for control. There is also a detection system built in that catches issues while the machine runs.
