TYDC-5508: The Wire Tinning Machine Built for High-Volume Production

If you work with tinned wire, you already know the problems. Solder not coming out the same every time. Operators constantly making small adjustments while the machine is running.

TYDC-5508 cuts, strips, twists and tins both ends in one cycle. Wire stays in one place the whole time. No moving between stations, no extra handling between steps. Tinning depth and temperature you set once, machine holds it after that.

Works with stranded wire, ribbon cable and sheathed wire. No special setup needed for switching between them. Changing wire type mid-shift is not a problem.

For most factories, this just means less manual work and more consistent output through the shift. Floor space goes down too when you replace 3 separate stations with one machine.

The wire cutting stripping is fully automatic, strip length stays the same piece after piece. Good for wire harness lines running high daily volume. If your product needs terminal crimping after, wire comes out ready for that next step.
