Most of the cable tie guns are bolted to a bench. This acts perfectly until the works moves at the same place the bench can't follow.
Car door panels. Electrical cabinets. Overhead cable trays. places where you physically unable to bring the harness to the machine. That's where the SC06 comes in.
It's a handheld gun. You can carry it, point it easily, done. Feed the tie, tighten, cut — happens in one squeeze basically. The wastage piece kicks out on its own so you are not closing to clean anything up.
Tension is adjustable on the touchscreen of the main unit. Thin bundles, thick bundles — dial it in once and run. Settings goes on so you are not touching it again unless the job changes. One buyer told us he uses it for logistics packaging now, nothing to do with wire at all. Works for that too.
The real value is simple — wire harness jobs don't always happen at a workstation. Sometimes the harness is already installed and needs tying in place. No bench machine helps you there. This one does.
Goes well with wire cutting stripping and terminal crimping setups where final assembly happens off the bench.
