TYDC Cable Tie Machine: Stop Tying Wires by Hand

In many factories, operators keep doing the same steps again and again—feeding the tie, locking it, tightening, cutting the extra part. After a few hours, speed drops and consistency is not easy to maintain.

The TYDC automatic cable tie machine is made to reduce this manual work. It completes feeding, tightening, cutting and waste removal in one cycle. Output can go up to around 1,500 ties per hour depending on the product.

No pneumatic system is used. Tightening force and tail length can be set from the touchscreen. PLC control keeps the machine stable and easy to run. Changeover between different tie sizes does not take long.

It works for wire harness, cable bundles, automotive wiring, electronics and appliance production where cable tying is done in large quantity. Common on lines where wire finishing assembly is the final step before shipment. Also pairs well after terminal crimping stations where bundles need to be tied before packing.
