TYDC-950/1500/2000 High-Speed Cable Cutting Stripping Machine Series Launched

The TYDC-950, TYDC-1500, and TYDC-2000 are high-speed cable cutting stripping machine. These machines are improved for precision length control, standard stripping size and meaningful high speed product for modern manufacturing lines. This machine uses an imported servo motor to control the cutting and peeling action, making the cut length more accurate. It is equipped with a testing device with various detection standards, including wires that are too tight, low air pressure, cylinder jamming, motor malfunction, and consistent counting display.

The TYDC-950 offers a compact footprint suitable for flat cable splitting and AWG#10 to AWG#28 wire ranges, while the TYDC-1500 handles USB, AC, RGB, 1394, and DC wires with continuous operation mode, and the TYDC-2000 delivers similar high-speed capacity for larger scale production with a bigger frame and higher power output. All three models are well suited for wire harness and terminal crimping production lines that need consistent, high-volume wire cutting stripping output alongside wire finishing assembly stations.
