TYDC-70 Roller Feeding Cable Cutting & Stripping Machine Launched for Heavy-Duty Cable Processing

TYDC-70 is roller feeding cable cutting and stripping machine developing for processed narrow more inflexible wire type, designed to control various industrial cable for example power cable, charging cable, battery box cable and mulple core wire harness.

 

The system supports automatic double-end stripping, allowing both sides of the cable to be processed in one cycle to improve production efficiency, with an intuitive touch screen control interface for setting cutting length, stripping length, and other parameters.

 

It automatically strips insulation from both ends and the middle of a roll of wire without damaging the outer sheath, supporting long wire, short wire, sheathed wire, and multi segment stripping modes through a PLC control system for improved cutting accuracy.
