Electric Terminal Crimping Machine

These machines perform multiple functions in a single setup: wire cutting stripping, single-end or double-end stripping, double-end crimping, and heat shrink tubing insertion and baking.

They can process AWG24 to AWG16 wire, with cutting lengths from 60 mm to 9999 mm and stripping lengths from 0 mm to 15 mm. Excellent cutting precision.

How to achieve optimal pneumatic performance?

The terminal crimping machine needs 5-7 kg of clean, dry air.

Our products undergo rigorous quality testing, featuring Taiwanese-made lead screws, HIWIN linear guides, AirTAC solenoid valves, and closed-loop servo motors. Rotating components utilize imported Japanese bearings. Good fit for wire harness and double end processing lines requiring heat shrink protection on crimped terminals.
