This terminal crimping machine is used a one-piece ductile iron cast body combined with a full servo motor drive, which is built for stable and precise semi-automatic crimping. That is Compared with traditional structures, it runs quieter, with less vibration, and keeps consistent performance even during long production cycles.

Equipped with advanced servo motors, the TAS series provides adjustable pressure control and multiple operating modes, including single, continuous, percentage, and multi-terminal operations. Compared to conventional mechanical presses, these models reduce vibration and operational noise while delivering precise and reliable crimping results.

The TYDC-2TAS (2 Ton) is ideal for standard terminal crimping applications, while the TYDC-3TAS (3 Ton) offers higher crimping force for thicker terminals or higher-load production environments.

The servo direct drive system replaces the traditional clutch mechanism, giving full control over pressure, stroke, and speed. Everything is adjustable through the system, making the crimping process smoother and more predictable. For users upgrading from a basic semi automatic crimping machine, this means better consistency without complicating operation.

Good fit for wire harness lines. Works alongside wire cutting stripping stations on the same floor.
