Some wire harness wrapping jobs are difficult to handle with fully automatic machines, especially when the wrapping position changes often.
The TYDC-303 is a semi automatic tape wrapping machine used for automotive wires, electronic cables, and harness production. The operator puts the wire in position and the machine does the wrapping.
Wrapping position changes a lot in some jobs. Fully automatic machines struggle with that. This one does not because the operator controls where the tape goes and machine just does the actual wrapping part.
We have seen this used on automotive lines, electronics assembly, even some industrial cable jobs. Anywhere the harness shape is a bit unusual or the wrap point moves around. Spot wrapping and straight wrapping both available on same machine so you are not buying two separate units for two different jobs.
Setup is simple. New operators do not need much time to get comfortable with it. And compared to full wire finishing assembly hand wrapping the output difference is noticeable by end of shift.
It can do spot wrapping or straight wrapping depending on the work. During operation, the machine can also be stopped to adjust the wire position manually.
Compared with hand wrapping, it helps make the work faster and more uniform while keeping operation simple. Works well after terminal crimping stations on the same line.
