The 2000F runs a linear module — gluing, peeling, pressing in sequence, no gaps between steps. Servo motor on the crimp press, 2.0 ton force, consistent every cycle.

Peeling depth adjustable. Plug insertion depth adjustable. End cap coating depth adjustable. Save the parameters, run the next batch.

Die change is quick. Footprint is small. Each function can also run independently if needed.

Built for shielded automotive waterproof harness lines that are tired of managing the process across four separate stations. Less handling means less damage to the shield layer between steps. That shows up in reject rates pretty quickly after switching.
