TYDC-605F Catching Bad Plugs Before They Become a Problem

Plug insertion is one of those steps which looks very easy but causes a huge number of rejects on busy lines.

We have built the TYDC-605F to fix that. It automatically feeds and inserts automotive waterproof plugs using a vibration plate, and the PLC system watches every single piece — wrong position, missing plug, it catches it and shows you right away on the display.

No waiting until end of batch to find problems.

Changing plug models doesn't take long either. Swap the parts, you're back running. The machine is compact so it fits in without rearranging your whole setup.

Vibration plate means no hand loading one by one. Bulk load, machine runs. On high volume wire harness lines that adds up fast over a shift.

Every piece gets checked, not just random samples. Bad piece goes out one side, good piece moves on. Works well after terminal crimping stations on the same line.
