TYDC-K-A601 Fully Automatic Single-End Wire Harness Assembly Machine

The TYDC-K-A601 is a single-end wire harness machine. One end gets cut, stripped, and crimped. The other end gets cut, stripped, crimped, and inserted into a rubber housing. If needed, a waterproof plug can go in at the back end too.

The finished wire comes out with three twisted pairs — the fourth pair stays untwisted. This is a single-end machine, so it does not crimp both ends like a dual-end machine does.

Rubber housings feed automatically through a vibrating disc. No hand-loading one by one. Once the machine is set up, it runs continuously without frequent adjustments. Good for small and medium workshops that need stable output without a dedicated operator watching the machine.

Every terminal crimping goes through 100% pull testing. Defective products get sorted out automatically during production.

Wire cutting stripping length and stripping length are adjustable per product. Specification changeover is quick.

Main components: Inovance control system and servo motors, Taiwan Airtac cylinders, Panasonic Japan fiber optic amplifier, Yaohua transmission module with HIWIN ball screw guide rail.
