TYDC-J-C605 Fully Automatic Single-End Connector Insertion Machine

The TYDC-J-C605 controls single-end connector insertion in one continuous flow.

Here is what happens in a single run: one end of the wire gets cut, stripped, and tinned. The other end gets cut, stripped, crimped, inspected by CCD, and inserted into the connector housing. No moving the wire between stations. One machine, start to finish.

The vibrating disc feeds connectors automatically, so operators do not hand-load one by one. Defective products get detected and separated automatically. Every terminal crimping goes through pull-out testing before it leaves the machine.

Changeover between wire specifications is fast. Wire cutting stripping lengths are adjustable. The interface is straightforward — setup does not take long even for new operators.

Built for continuous industrial operation. Suitable for custom and non-standard wire harness configurations.
