The TYDC-C-B601 is a fully automatic dual-head glue insertion machine, specifically designed for the production of Y-type wire harness cable harnesses. Previously, automated cable harness production was like a dream not fully developed, requiring manual assembly, which significantly increased production costs. Our machine integrates multiple functions, such as wire cutting stripping, and crimping. It allows for direct wire feeding, generating one-to-two wires, enabling efficient, fully automated, high-quality, and high-volume production.
The machine's main advantages: One-to-two processing: Y-type cable harnesses can be produced in a single cycle. This significantly improves our production efficiency. Previously, it required five people to produce 1000 cable harnesses; now, one person can manage five machines and complete 1000 products in one day, reducing labor and safety costs.
In addition, we employ dual CCD vision inspection to monitor terminal crimping integrity and loose wires in real time. This significantly reduces manual inspection time throughout the entire production process, enabling 100% defect rejection. During operation, the machine automatically separates defective products to ensure quality.
