TYDC Launches TYDC-J-C606 Fully Automatic Single-End Connector Insertion Machine

We just released the TYDC-J-C606 — a fully automatic single-end connector insertion machine for wire harness production lines.

What makes this machine different: it handles both short and long wires on the same machine. Most customers used to need separate machines for different wire lengths. The TYDC-J-C606 solves that problem and cuts down the number of machines on the production floor.

It comes with a dual-end connector assembly system and built-in CCD inspection for quality control. Changeover between wire types is tool-free, so operators save time during setup. Works well alongside terminal crimping stations already on your line.
